Our terms and conditions, version 1.8 and last updated on 28 May 2026, govern every account opened with us. By registering, players confirm they are at least 18 years old; underage registration is prohibited, and any winnings recorded on an underage account are cancelled. English is the binding language of these terms, and any translation is provided for convenience only — where a discrepancy arises, the English text prevails. At sign-up we collect each player's email address, date of birth, country, phone number, gender, full name, social security number, zip code and username.
We allow one account per person, household address, phone number, email and IP address. Duplicate accounts are closed and any related winnings are voided. Selling, buying or transferring an account to another person is prohibited, and player-to-player transfers of funds are not permitted either. Our account rules also follow the standards of the 5th EU AML Directive, and Customer Due Diligence checks are triggered once set thresholds are reached.
Prohibited Conduct and Bonus Clauses
We do not allow multiple accounts, exploiting bugs, hedging, Martingale staking, two-tier betting or switching between high and low risk bets after a win. Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time, and bonuses granted under our welcome bonus terms cannot be stacked. Players in Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia are excluded from all promotions. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator, and the result recorded on our game server prevails over anything shown on screen in the rare event of a discrepancy.
How Bonus Funds Count Toward Wagering
Each category of play counts differently towards clearing a bonus: slots contribute at the full rate, while several other categories count for less or not at all. Bonus funds can only be staked up to 5 GBP per bet unless a promotion states otherwise, and the real-money balance in an account is always wagered before any bonus balance.
| Game category | Wagering contribution |
|---|---|
| Slots | 100% (except excluded titles) |
| Live casino (except card games) | 10% |
| Plinko | 10% |
| Table and card games | 0% |
| Scratch cards and keno | 0% |
| Poker and video poker | 0% |
Jackpot slots, Slingo, bingo and instant crash games cannot be played with bonus funds at all, so clearing a bonus means staying within the categories that actually count toward it, and a withdrawal requested before wagering is complete may see the bonus balance and any derived winnings voided. Free bets must be activated within 24 hours of being awarded and used within 48 hours of activation, and they cannot be combined with Cash Out or Boosted Odds.
Verification, Account Closure and Complaints
We require identity documents such as an ID card, passport or driving licence, together with proof of address, within 30 days of a request, otherwise the account may be closed. Review of a full submission usually takes up to 10 days, though complex cases can take longer, and we may also carry out a phone call or face verification as an additional check. Opening an account follows the steps described on our account creation page, including the KYC checks carried out at signup.
Players may ask us to close their account at any time by contacting support, provided the balance is zero and no withdrawal is pending; any remaining funds are otherwise voided. Access issues are handled through the process described on our account access page, and a forgotten password can be restored through our password recovery page.
Complaints must first go to our support email; if unresolved, a written complaint is sent to our dedicated complaints address with the account username, full registered name, a subject line containing the word COMPLAINT, a detailed summary and specific dates and times. We aim to provide an outcome within 10 days, extended for complex cases, and electronic correspondence is deemed received within 5 business days. Complaints are reviewed by our Complaints Resolution Committee, and if the matter remains unresolved internally, we also reference external dispute resolution.
